"Simply outstanding performance by Brooke and her team! We received a full price offer on the day of listing, and then an offer over listing price as a result of the “OPEN HOUSE” three days later. This occurred with 5-6 homes on the market in our neighborhood for weeks. Brooke’s marketing efforts were “over the top”, including a video we were thrilled about….closing was orchestrated by Brooke to perfection as well….very well done!"
